ECSI Nashville Branch Expands Will-Call Hours

By ECSI OperationsBeginning March 1st, 2026, the ECSI Nashville branch is extending will-call pickup hours to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The branch had previously closed for counter service at 4:30 PM.
The change comes in response to requests from contractors who need to pick up materials after their crews return from job sites. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM to guarantee same-day availability for the extended window.

Updated Nashville branch hours: Counter & Will-Call 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Phone support hours remain 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Saturday hours and delivery schedules are unchanged. Contact the Nashville branch directly for any questions about the new hours.
